Engineers building the infrastructure behind autonomous systems.
We're a small, senior engineering team. We design, build, and operate the backend systems, agentic workflows, and product infrastructure that growing companies rely on.
Built on craft.
Three principles guide everything we ship.
Mission-driven engineering
We build the infrastructure behind autonomous systems because we believe the next generation of software should do more of the heavy lifting — so people can focus on what matters.
Ship the boring parts well
We obsess over the unglamorous details — data isolation, error handling, deploy safety — because that's where real systems are won or lost.
Small team, high leverage
We stay deliberately small. Every engineer owns outcomes end-to-end, works close to customers, and ships to production from week one.
Meet the founders.
KaizenFlow is led by two engineers who've spent the last decade building the systems other companies rely on.
Rafaat
Co-Founder & Engineering Lead
Rafaat leads KaizenFlow's engineering practice. He architects the distributed systems and multi-tenant platforms that power our flagship products — with a focus on reliability, isolation, and long-term maintainability.
Sovon
Co-Founder & Product Engineer
Sovon owns the product surface of KaizenFlow — from developer tooling to customer-facing experiences. He cares deeply about craft, clarity, and shipping work that feels considered end-to-end.
